Al2O3/MgO castable for Ladle
Is everything under way and on schedule? I can't tell. It's clear that low water mixing, good flow property and strong mechanical property can be achieved. By reducing MgO content ,adding good quaility of Al2O3 fine powder ( not mention it made by mainland China), and introducing a superplastic, PLC can be controlled under + 0.80 ~ 1.10% and CCS can be reached 90Mpa at least. Camparing with the costum's specification, the sample seems to surpass it. However. it is uncertain how the costum evaluates a new Al2O3/MgO castable source which is satisfied or not fitted to ladle. At this moment, I have no idea to assess my experiment results about Al2O3/MgO castable for Ladle.
